The staff provided friendly service; I would use them next time. The location is amazing, just 1 km from an amusement park.- The hotel is in a pretty quiet area, a short walk to the Event Center, Starbucks, and the Recreation Centre.- The family room has a nice street view and comes with amenities like a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.- The hotel has a family-friendly atmosphere.

What a very good stay, no complains at all. Fairly clean place with outstandingly accommodating and affable staff. Unique design of interiors in queen room. Location - amazing close to the Bears Den Restaurant, and exhibition Centre for a show. A good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Great staff
Had to move rooms as first one had mould in the bathroom, noisy fan, windows were hard to open and screen fell out when trying

The restaurant here is fantastic for breakfast, serving delicious dishes, and the presence of a jacuzzi and complimentary toiletries was a nice extra touch.

Nothing special. The hotel is an old type motel that was renovated not long ago. A15 min walk to the beach.
The rooms are tiny. The a/c is loud and lacks performance ( wich is not good in the okanagan). Wifi dosen't work very well.

Indoor pool was empty. Doors (front and bathroom) stuck were noisy when opening and closing Restaurant closed too early
